Try the resident experience

Everfield Property Group is a demonstration community. Join and you will receive real messages, the way a Linden Harbor resident would, so you can judge ResidentBlasts by living a few weeks of it rather than reading about it.

• Three quick samples in the first ten minutes: a welcome, a water shutoff that reaches Building B and nobody else, and the day the office adds you as a new resident.
• Then the community's five-message New Resident Welcome over three weeks, with the notices of community life in between as occasional examples over about six weeks: filter changes in Building A, the crews at the townhomes, the pool reopening, the weekly update, the dog run, alarm testing and a community day, each sent to the building, the townhomes or the topic it concerns.
• By email until you connect with Everfield in the Blasts app; on your phone after that, once the office accepts the connection.
• Stop at any time from any message. Stopping the demo is not a channel change, it ends the series.
